Facilitator + Design Researcher

Ahree is a strategist, researcher, and designer focused on enabling creativity and creative problem-solving. She leverages her experience working in Silicon Valley to help a range or organizations, including museums and non-profits, embrace design thinking.

Ahree has a career that spans corporations such as Apple and HP to museums and public institutions, including the Getty, Science Museum of Minnesota, Yale University Art Gallery, and Minnesota Public Radio. She was most recently the User Experience Design and Strategy lead at the J. Paul Getty Trust, where in addition to being responsible for user experience, interaction, and visual design of the Getty’s, web presence, she led a cross-departmental team that collaborated on conducting user research and supporting design thinking throughout the organization.

Ahree teaches design thinking for UCLA Extension, is a frequent presenter at museum technology conferences, and has led workshops on design thinking, prototyping, and design sprints. Ahree holds a B.A. in English from Yale University and an M.F.A. in Graphic Design from Yale University School of Art.
